General delivery information
For Scotland the earliest service will be by 10.30, and for some remote areas by 12 or by 3. Some Highland and Island postcodes will receive a minimum two day service (Islands subject to local ferry crossing times).
It is with great regret that we are no longer able to deliver to PO Box numbers.
If ordering by telephone, fax or post then our staff will be more than happy to advise you on the best delivery option available for you.
If you require your goods for a specific date you will need to choose the next day delivery option or call us direct on 0844 8009470 (International +0044 1656 670604) for Next Day Delivery. For orders needed within 2-4 working days you will need to choose the 2-4 day delivery option. Additional charges will be made for any address change requested after the goods have been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all urgent Delivery orders the same day as we receive the order; this is only available on a working week of Monday to Friday. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Orders taken on a Friday needed for the Saturday deliveries have to be dispatched via our courier at a high £24.99 cost to you, we also offer a cheaper £11.50 option for orders placed before 3:00pm. This service is subject to weight and size restriction, maximum weight 2kgs, maximum size 61cm x 46cm x 46cm. We will inform you if your items exceed these limitations.
If a telephone number is provided, preferably a mobile number, we will pass this on to our courier in order for them to contact you in case there is a problem delivering your order. If you would prefer we did not disclose your telephone number plese untick the relevant check box on the user details page.
All items require a signature, if an item is returned to us because the delivery address is incorrect or there is no reply at the delivery address there will be a charge of £7.50 for UK deliveries and £20 for ROI deliveries. Our courier will attempt delivery at least twice and we will contact you directly if we are unable to deliver your order.
All parcels will require a signature.
Next Day urgent delivery
A next day delivery service is available.
This is a fully guaranteed next working day.The item will need to be signed for therefore please make sure someone is in to receive the item. This service, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (Please select saturday Delievery).
In addition orders placed later than 4:30pm GMT will not be processed until the next working day.
Deliveries to BFPO Addresses
Deliveries to BFPO addresses cost £7.99 and take up to 7 working days to reach the BFPO depot. From there the Armed Forces are responsible for ensuring that you receive your goods.
This charge is limited to parcels weighting no more than 2Kgs, if your order is heavier than this we will contact you to inform you of the additional costs involved in shipping your order.
International Delivery
All parcels more than 3Kgs (Europe) or 2Kgs (other International Destinations) will incur an extra shipping cost, which will be confirmed with the customer via Email or Telephone before dispatch.
You are responsible for full delivery costs involved including any import duties.
Products ordered that are not available
If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you.
Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.
Delivery for Balloons
The delivery cost of balloons is included in the price. If you order only a balloon then please select the Balloon Delivery option on the shopping cart page to ensure that you are not charged any addition postage costs.
Please note than if your order contains products that are not Balloons then you will need to select a delivery charge for the additional items.
Paypal Delivery
When ordering using Paypal please try and ensure that you are able to use a Confirmed address for delivery. While we will ship to Unconfirmed addresses we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect.
If an unconfirmed address is used we will try and contact you to ensure that the address is correct, although you will have received 2 emails, one from abfab.co.uk and one from Paypal confirming that an order has been placed using your account.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered when the order is placed.
